You will receive two e-mails following the placement of your order:
1. The first confirms that your order was received
2. The second confirms the shipment of your order
If you have not received the first e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
Changing or Canceling an Order
You may cancel or change any non-special order item from your order, provided that it has not yet shipped. If the system will not allow the change, please contact us as soon as possible, keeping in mind that orders usually ship within just a few hours of placing your order.
There are no duties charged for orders within Canada.
For orders to the rest of the world, additional import duties may be levied once the shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country: you should contact your local customs office for more information.
