Order Confirmation

2. The second confirms the shipment

Changing or Canceling an Order
You may cancel or change any non-special order item from your order, provided that it has not yet shipped. Simply e-mail or call a Customer Care Associate at (403) 452-5253 for assistance.
Please keep in mind that orders usually ship within just a few hours of placing your order.

At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We regret that we currently do not accept debit cards.
Sales Tax & Duties
There are no sales taxes charged for orders to North America.
For orders to the rest of the world, additional import duties will be levied once the shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
