Items for return or exchange must be returned to SmallBoxHardware in salable, condition. Returned items which SmallBoxHardware deems, at its sole discretion, as damaged to due wear, misuse or negligent handling are not eligible for refund or exchange. SmallBoxHardware is not responsible for any damages or loss incurred during return transit, and we recommend that you return items using and insured carrier. Return shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Please note that you are responsible for postage and insurance on returned merchandise.
When returning an item, please:
Place it in its original packaging.
Place packaged item(s) in a suitable shipping container.
Please include a copy of your invoice specifying the item(s) you are returning or exchanging.
